Samantha K's Occasion wear is owned and run by myself, Mrs Samantha Roberts with the help of my wonderful staff. We are based in the centre of Pontarddulais and cater for Mother of the Bride/Groom, Guest, Evening and Occasion only so we are able to offer a superb service and wonderful collections without having to share the time and space with Brides and Bridesmaids too!
The reason behind the opening of my business is that I found all the weddings that I have attended over the years, the mothers had a very difficult time trying to find an outfit that was both affordable, stylish and modern. The outfits that I have chosen to stock are the new up and coming designers that have beautiful, but fresh designs. With the bridal shops tending to stock the established designers, I found the new and fresh approach very popular. Many of my customers are pleased to have found "something different" than the norm and often return when they have another function to dress for.
I pride myself on excellent customer service and a relaxed and friendly approach. With past customers promoting us, we are finding that the majority of our new clients are from recommendations. This has enabled us to go from strength to strength as the best advertisement is how people see you on the big day.
